A fall garden wedding, flowers everywhere, tulle draped across ceilings & down walls, and a blushing bride to be. It was an evening to remember – and we were so happy to be a part of it!

To be honest, we’ve never attended a reception held inside a home before. But if we were to get married again, that’s how we would do it! Having it inside a home made it feel so much more welcoming and relaxing. People were able to gather around the couches and chat, or go downstairs and dance with the happy couple.

The Downstairs

For one night, the Villa was transformed into a garden and we couldn’t be more pleased! The bride’s sister made the cake – complete with matching flowers, while the bride’s brother hand crafted the “Mr. & Mrs.” sign on the couple’s table.

The Kitchen

The bride chose to have a pizza bar and hot coco bar. So the kitchen got whisked away to Italy with all the charms and boisterous laughter that that entails.

The Living Room

Flowers and personal details abounded in the main area of the home. From the flowers along the mantle to the hand made signs by the bride’s sister, you felt the love everywhere you turned.

The Bride

And of course, all the decorations in the world would pale in comparison to the bride herself. Watching her, I was reminded of my first love and the joy I felt on my wedding day. It made my heart ache in appreciation for my own husband and for the ways that he has taken care of me.
